What is a DWI?

In the State of Oklahoma, driving while impaired (DWI) is a misdemeanor charge that occurs when a person is operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol concentration (BAC) of 0.06% or 0.07%. Though not as severe as a DUI, a DWI charge carries significant risks to your personal and professional life.
