Jack is an experienced litigator who began his career focused primarily on banking, business and commercial litigation, estate and trust litigation. Later he discovered his passion for protecting the rights and freedom of individuals accused or suspected of crimes. Today Jack’s focus is on defending individuals charged with all types of crimes, including DUI, assault and battery, burglary, drug possession and trafficking, firearms, forgery, and white collar crimes, to minimize the stress and impact on their life that those charges can cause.
Jack is an expert communicator, whether it is with clients, judges, prosecutors, investigators or witnesses. You can expect Jack to be your most zealous advocate while keeping you fully informed and treating you with the compassion, understanding and respect you deserve.
Jack grew up in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a Bachelor of Business Administration with Distinction in Accounting and obtained a Juris Doctor with Honors from the University of Oklahoma College of Law. While in law school, Jack was a member of the Board of Advocates, served an instructor for the school’s Legal Writing & Research and Appellate Advocacy classes, and was admitted as a member of The Order of the Coif, which recognizes high distinction in scholarship and is restricted to those in the top ten percent of the graduating class. Jack is admitted to practice before all federal, state and municipal courts in Oklahoma, several tribal courts, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit.
